Spark Care+ is an optional aftercare and protection plan. It layers proactive 24/7 monitoring, an annual system health check and priority engineer support on top of the manufacturer and workmanship warranties included with every Spark install.
Isn't my system already under warranty?
Yes — every Spark install includes manufacturer and workmanship warranties as standard. Care+ adds the monitoring, labour, callouts and admin those warranties don't cover, so a fault is spotted and put right without the paperwork or the surprise bills.
Can I join Care+ if Spark didn't install my system?
Yes. We can bring most existing solar and battery systems onto a Care+ plan after an initial health check to confirm everything's sound.
How much does Spark Care+ cost?
It depends on your system and the level of cover you choose. Your quote sets it out clearly with annual and multi-year options, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Plans are flexible with no long lock-ins — you can move between cover levels or cancel with notice.
