Spark Energy UK shines brightly at the Energy Efficiency Awards
We are pleased to announce that Spark Energy UK has taken home three awards at the regional energy awards this year!
We were shortlisted for all three of the categories we entered, and we achieved awards in each. We are ecstatic to celebrate this achievement, and these accolades are a testament to the passion, dedication, and commitment of our entire team and partners that we work with.
🏆 Regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year – Highly commended
We are immensely proud to have won the Highly Commended Award in this category, which honours the region’s finest solar PV installations. Our high standards, technical know-how, and consistent provision of dependable, sustainable energy solutions for homes and businesses are reflected in this recognition.
This award recognises the endless hours of hard work that has gone into Spark over the last year and is a testament to every single member of staff we have, from operations to installers, every company we have worked with, and every customer we have installed for. For Spark to take home three awards at the Energy Efficiency Awards 2025 is something we are very proud of.
🏆 Regional Business Development Manager/Director of the Year – Highly Commended – Elliott Burnett
We would especially like to congratulate our very own Elliott Burnett and the leadership team on winning the Highly Commended Award in this category. It is a testament to the strategic vision and diligence required to expand Spark Energy UK in 2024 to where it is today, build solid alliances, and promote constructive change in the renewable energy industry with special focus on customer quality and transparent ordering.
🏆Regional Small Scale Project (<250K) of the Year – Commended
Projects under £250,000 that exhibit technical excellence, impact, and innovation are recognised in this category. Our project showcased the ability of customised solar solutions to satisfy specific client requirements while producing exceptional outcomes. Our particular example for this entry was a customer who had major issues in obtaining and installing solar but Spark went the extra mile to work around a property issue, implement work alongside other companies and get certain permissions to make it happen – all with glowing recommendations from the customer.
Managing Director Elliott Burnett says ‘The Energy Efficiency Awards is well known in the sector and to take home 3 awards for Spark is a brilliant achievement. I am also humbled by my own award being Highly Commended for Director of the Year, but these awards are all for the efforts the staff behind Spark have put in. I see it daily the dedication, the care and the quality of work that every single member of the team puts in and without them – Spark wouldn’t be where we are now!
